Tiger Woods says he'll return to professional golf and compete in the Masters tournament next month. Woods is a four-time Masters champion, with his last victory at Augusta National in 2005. More changes are in store for the nation's highest court. U.S. Supreme Court Justice John Paul Stevens has told New Yorker magazine that he'll decide soon when he'll retire, but it will be sometime during President Obama's current term in office.
