BP officials say they're capturing even more oil from where that offshore rig has been leaking in the Gulf of Mexico. It's the bad guy in many a diet , but not all saturated fat is the same, and results of a new study suggest that saturated fat from dairy products may protect your heart. Swedish researchers say that those in their study who consumed more milk fat had a lower risk of heart attacks, and benefits were greater for women than men.
