BP is spreading out the blame for the explosion that led to the nation’s worse-ever oil spill. In an internal report, BP says the independent operator of the offshore oil rig and the company that supplied materials used in the project are also at-fault. President Obama is drawing the line at the top of the income ladder, saying he won’t support a move to allow the nation’s richest to continue to get tax breaks that are set to expire at the end of the year.
