The people of St. Louis may be singing the blues after their city came out on top of a list of the nation’s more dangerous places to live. The survey looks at the number of violent crimes per 100,000 people. St. Louis topped last year’s crime leader Camden New Jersey, which came in second. Netflix has a new $7.99 “streaming-only” subscription plan but is raising the monthly fee for those who also get DVD’s by mail.
