Some early-bird tax filers will be waiting a bit longer for refunds as the IRS works to get its computers programmed with tax changes from last month’s economic stimulus bill. The latest figures show the Apple iPhone holding steady with about 28% of the U.S. market and Google’s Android system growing to power nearly 26% of smartphones in America.
