Arizona Congresswoman Gabrielle Giffords has spoken her first words since she was seriously wounded in a shooting last month. Giffords is undergoing rehabilitation in a Houston hospital. First lady Michelle Obama says her husband is no longer America’s “Smoker-In-Chief.” She says President Obama kicked the habit for good nearly a year ago.
