that cell phone service is getting worse, in part because more calls

The
nation’s pediatricians have a new message for young families -- keep
your child in a rear-facing car seat until age 2. The American Academy
of Pediatrics says children under age 2 in a rear-facing seat are 75%
less likely to suffer severe injuries or die in a car crash. Current
guidelines call for parents to move children to a front-facing seat
