new report tries to put a price tag on the cost of the wars in Iraq and
Afghanistan, and it’s a big one -- nearly $4 trillion. That includes at
least half a trillion dollars of lifetime health care costs for
American veterans injured in the conflict. The report says a

first named storm of the 2011 Atlantic hurricane season is moving
through in the Gulf of Mexico. Tropical Storm Arlene is expected to make
landfall in northeastern Mexico early today. The storm could bring
flash floods and mudslides to Mexico and some rain to extreme South
