A new study says getting 150 minutes of moderate exercise per week can improve the quality of sleep up to 65-percent and prevent mid-day sleepiness. Many of America’s youngsters are riding dangerously when they’re in the car. A new report shows about one-third of those surveyed say they use regular seat belts to secure their 4-to-9 year-olds, and three-fourths don’t fit properly because of improper lap or shoulder belt positioning. Incorrect seat belt positioning can lead to serious injuries for young children in a car crash.  Source Link
