Publishers are limiting the number of e-books that they sell to libraries, and that’s keeping many Kindle owners and Nook lovers from borrowing instead of buying. A new study found that only 16% of e-book users had downloaded a title from a library. Weather forecasters are predicting lots of rain for the Sunshine State as Tropical Storm Debby remains parked off Florida’s northern Gulf coast. The Panhandle area is bearing the brunt of the storm that isn’t threatening to grow into a hurricane, but is moving slowly. Because of that, some areas could see up to 15 inches of rain from Debby.
