Plenty of Americans are putting in lots of overtime on the job, according to a new survey that says the average worker spends nearly an extra day at work each week.  Eight out of ten workers say they put in overtime, and almost half feel they have no choice. Not getting enough shut-eye could mean more than just fatigue. A new study says that a lack of sleep is the number-one risk factor for stroke in people who are not overweight. Researchers say getting less than a minimum of six hours of sleep per night increased the risk of stroke in middle-aged and older people of normal weight. Source Link
