A first-of-its-kind study shows that taking a daily multivitamin can lead to a reduced risk of cancer for men. Researchers say the 10-year study showed an 8% reduction in total cancer cases for middle-aged and older men who took a multivitamin each day, but there was no reduction in rates of prostate cancer.
