A new study found that the varying sleep patterns known as social jet lag can increase your risk of obesity. Researchers say one way to get more exercise is to keep track of how much you’re doing. A study found that older adults who wore a pedometer to count their steps walked nearly twice as much while using the device. The extra walking didn’t necessarily lead to weight loss, but it did help participants lower their blood pressure. Source Link
