A Consumer Reports survey found nearly a third of Americans expect their holiday season to be less cheerful if their candidate loses. Here’s a good reason for young women smokers to kick the habit. A new study found that women who quit smoking before the age of 40 reduced their risk of death by as much as 90%. Overall, smokers had a lifespan that was 10 years less than those who had never smoked. Source Link

If you want to avoid an accident with that expensive smartphone, you’d do well to be more careful around the house. A survey of iPhone insurance claims showed that the kitchen was where the most mishaps occurred. Accident spots also included phones left in a washing machine, on top of a car, and nearly one out of ten that were dropped in a toilet. Source Link
