Postal Service plan to end regular Saturday mail delivery. The post
office says it can reduce red ink by $2 billion a year by limiting
Saturday delivery to packages only. Congress may still need approve the

new study claims there’s no benefit in annual mammograms for older
women. Researchers say there was no increase in late-stage breast cancer
in women between 66 and 74 years old who had a mammogram every other
year. Annual testing increased the risk of false positives and the need
