A daily glass of wine can be good for your heart, but it can also benefit your bones if you’re a woman. A new study found that women in their 50s and 60s who consumed one or two drinks a day had higher bone mineral density compared with heavy drinkers and people who don't consume alcohol at all. A new study found that 3-to-5-year-olds can lose sleep over kid’s shows with too much action or cartoon violence. Don’t have an hour to devote to exercise each day? No problem, because 30 minutes might do even better. A study found that overweight men who exercised hard enough to raise a sweat for 30 minutes a day lost more weight than those who exercised for an hour. Researchers think the 30-minute limit might leave enough energy to be more physically active the rest of the day. Source Link
