even a small increase in daily fiber intake can lower your risk of 
stroke. That’s because fiber can cut key risk factors for stroke, such

If you’re on America’s number-one network, it’ll be an even longer wait for your next cellphone upgrade. Verizon says starting in January it will rollback upgrade eligibility from 20 to 24 months to match the length of service contracts. The move will save the carrier on phone subsidy costs.
