The data mining company Acxiom is planning a website that will allow consumers to see the information on file about them. Scientists are looking to an Old World remedy to help develop a new weapon against bedbugs. The spiny leaves of kidney bean plants were used for hundreds of years to trap bed bugs, and now researchers are hoping to duplicate the technique in a man-made product to stop the tiny pests without the use of dangerous chemicals.
