Putting calorie counts on fast food menu boards helps people eat less. That’s the finding of a new 18-month study that sampled dining habits of teens and adults in Seattle Washington. Maybe running needs to be the fourth “R” in every school curriculum. The National Institute of Medicine is recommending that students get at least 60 minutes of physical activity each day. The report also calls on schools to make physical education class a core subject. Source Link

A new study estimates that airline passengers lose 105 million hours of time when they could be working or just relaxing with an e-reader, laptop or tablet.
