The American Academy of Pediatrics is recommending that all kids and teens be limited to two hours a day of screen time. The surgical option seems to beat diet and exercise as the most effective way to lose weight. A new study found that those who had weight-loss surgery shed more pounds and got rid of type-2 diabetes more often than people who lost weight with diet or exercise.
