After the big guys launch their holiday shopping season on Black Friday, it’s time for Small Business Saturday. The Saturday after Thanksgiving is when holiday shoppers are encouraged to spend their dollars at local businesses. A study found that night owls are more likely to gain weight than people who get good sleep because they tend to graze the kitchen for junk food in the wee hours of the morning.
