actually spend on the job. A new Gallup survey found that half of all
adult workers clocked over 40 hours a week, and about four out of ten
work at least 50 hours each week. Only 8-percent of full-time employees

study showed that when parents listened and responded to baby talk,
infants began to form complex sounds. The babies whose parents responded
