A new study suggests that desk-bound workers should get out of their seats for two hours a day, whether that’s walking around the office, exercising at lunch or standing while working. The days of finding a $199 cellphone with a two-year contract are drawing closer to an end. AT&T says it will push retailers who sell their service to require customers to buy phones at full price with monthly payments.
