Using an indoor tanning bed as a teenager can lead to a different kind of mid-life crisis. A study found that the risk for deadly skin cancer before age 50 was greatest for those who used tanning beds in their teens and 20s. Raising kids with good eating habits doesn’t mean they lose that taste for junk food. A study found that preschoolers who ate fruits and vegetables and drank milk on a regular basis were just as likely to eat foods high in sugar, fat and salt.
