New figures show that average media consumption is now 10-and-a-half hours a day, and that’s an hour more that just a year ago. An annual Allstate Insurance report says drivers in Brownsville, Texas go the longest between accidents. Also in the Top-10 list are Madison, Wisconsin, Cape Coral, Florida and Boise, Idaho.
