Kids who fidget in their seats may be onto something that’s good for your health. A study found that tapping or moving your feet while sitting helps to maintain better blood flow in your legs. Twitter is making it easier to fit more of what you want to say in your tweets. There’s still a 140-character limit but now things like usernames and web addresses won’t count towards that total. The change also helps Twitter by allowing for longer sponsored tweets that are part of their advertising plans. Source Link
