Experts say plain water is better than sports drinks for your young 
athlete. Most children don't exercise hard enough to need a sports drink
 with extra salt and sugar that can put them at risk for weight gain and

use? Researchers found that for kids up to 3 years old the more they 
used touch screens during the day, the longer it took them to fall 
asleep and the less sleep they got. Every hour of touch-screen use was

 food as a tool to keep kids calm can backfire in the long run. It’s 
called “emotional feeding” and a new study found that children who are 
offered junk food, desserts or other sweets to stop those tears can 
become overeaters who might also deal with bulimia and binge-eating
