President Obama says the future of Iraq is now up to its own people. He officially declared an end to the U.S. combat role in Iraq after more than seven years of war, saying, “it is time to turn the page." The traditional last week of summer at the beach may be cut short on the Eastern Seaboard thanks to Hurricane Earl. Officials are warning that evacuations may be necessary as Earl churns toward the U.S. mainland with top winds at 135 miles an hour.
