The
U.S. Justice Department is filing suit to block AT&T's planned
merger with T-Mobile. The government says that the $39 billion
acquisition of No. 4 T-Mobile by No. 2 AT&T would reduce competition
and result in tens of millions of consumers facing higher prices for
cell phone service, with fewer choices and lower quality products.

It looks as if the rush to buy flat-screen TV’s has slowed to a crawl. A
new report says only 13% of Americans plan to purchase a new television
in the next 12 months. The same survey shows the biggest TV isn’t
always the most popular model. Nearly four out of ten new televisions
sold are the under-30-inch size, as those have the most competitive

contests are tune-ups for the Top 25 squads. Two exceptions are the
