the country, Americans will mark the 10th anniversary of
the September 11th attacks with remembrances and new dedications to the

element of airport security could be dropped. The Secretary of the
Department of Homeland Security says improved technology may mean an end
to removing shoes during airport security checks. But Janet Napolitano
