A study found that daily physical activity may reduce the risk of Alzheimer’s, even in people older than 80. It’s a heavy-duty forecast for the weight of the nation, as a new CDC report predicts that by the year 2030, four out of ten Americans will be obese. That’s a 25-percent increase over the current obesity rate, and all that weight comes with an even bigger number, as researchers say treating the illnesses associated with obesity with cost the nation half a trillion dollars.
