A new survey found that at least three out of four users of streaming services like Netflix, Hulu and Amazon Prime watch three or more episodes of a TV series in one sitting. Can a college cafeteria serve up a solution to the dreaded “Freshman Fifteen?” The University of New Hampshire is testing a new dinner plate that includes markings to show the size of healthy portions of fruits, vegetables, grains and proteins.
