Most Americans are dreaming of a cash Christmas that may include spending with plastic, but not the credit kind. About 30-percent of those surveyed by the National Retail Federation say they’ll use a debit card for holiday shopping and 40-percent plan to use cash. The Federal Aviation Administration is considering rules to require that operators be registered with a number that must be posted on any drone they fly.
