A Department of Education survey found that graduates of certificate programs from public colleges earn more than those who went to a private for-profit school. Taking steps to guard against dementia might start with stepping onto a treadmill. A study found that older adults with mild impairment who did aerobic exercise four times a week with a treadmill, stationary bike or elliptical machine had significant improvement in thinking and memory.
