A new report says over a 13-year period there have been fewer heart disease cases, less cancer and fewer cases of type-2 diabetes, largely because trans fats have been banned and people are drinking fewer sugar-sweetened beverages. Heat stroke can hit cell phones too, so don’t leave your phone in the car in hot weather or charge it in direct sunlight. If your phone needs to cool down take it out of your pocket, put it in Airplane mode or turn it off.
