A study found that super-strict parents who don’t give their children a chance to speak their minds are more likely to raise kids who are disrespectful and delinquent. Researchers found that a resting heart rate can rise by about eight beats per minute for every two-degree increase in body temperature. If notifications on your phone are too distracting there are ways to cut down on the digital chatter. In your Settings look for a Notifications tab that lets you go app by app to shut off any unwanted reminders and take advantage of the “Do Not Disturb” feature for times when you need quiet.
