Researchers found that daily use of a mindfulness training app made it easier for people to reduce their body’s fear reactions. How much is too much to drink and drive? Maybe less than what the law says. A review of national records found that 15 percent of alcohol-related traffic deaths occurred with drivers who had been drinking but were below the legal blood alcohol limit. In just over half of these cases, it was a passenger and not the driver who died. Source Link
