More isn’t always better when it comes to exercise after a heart attack, and a new study puts a number on just how far you should go. Researchers say that running more than 4 miles a day or walking more than 7 miles a day led to an increased risk of death after a heart attack. The FDA has approved the first at-home test for colon cancer. The test that requires a doctor’s prescription uses a stool sample to detect the presence of blood and DNA mutations that may indicate cancerous and precancerous growths in the colon.
