A study found that people with moderate carb intake at age 50 lived up to five years longer than those who cut out carbs or didn’t count them at all. Google is giving you some time to re-think that email after hitting “Send” on your smartphone. The latest update to the Gmail app for Android adds an Undo option that lets you cancel delivery for up to 30 seconds after you’ve sent the email.
